Orders are processed and shipped from the warehouse within 48 business hours for orders placed before 12 AM (GMT+1), Monday through Friday.
The customer will always receive a Shipping Confirmation email that will allow him to check his order and the shipping status.
Delivery
The delivery of the products takes place on average within 3 working days from the shipment of the order in Italy*, within 5 working days in Europe and within 8 working days for all other destinations in the world. It is understood that for the products indicated on the Site as "not available" or subject to a "pre-order" , the aforementioned terms run exclusively from the moment of their actual availability in our warehouse, as specified in the Conditions of Sale.

Lubello strongly recommends that its customers consult a professional leather care professional or a shoemaker for specific advice. To keep your shoes in good condition, it is recommended to follow the following general leather care procedure:
- Always store products away from light and heat;
- Protect the leather product from rain and humidity;
- Store the products in the special bag provided by Lubello;
- Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
